This week we are in Italy with our players, they will do trials with sereval clubs. Our Academy is the best at developing young players – boys and girls. During this Covid period we keep moving and motivating them. No sweat No glory!

The Academy concept
Is to recruit the best boys and girls and develop them in the Academy. This year we will start with the u17s age group. We are working with local and international clubs, every month they come to the Academy to watch the Academy players.
The players train, between 4/6 times in the week, we closely monitor them. When we play games the first 15 minutes is position play on one half of the pitch, after that 15 minutes on the whole field, without stopping. The last 10 minutes is attacking with the two Center backs. After a short break we start to build up with the Center backs and then finally the players are free to play. The strategy is to learn how to play fast and move fast with and without the ball.
We teach the players how to play football, so when they are in the first team they will be ready.
